File Submission

Prospective authors wishing to present their works are requested to submit a one-page abstract.
When submitting your abstract, please specify whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation. (This may change depending on the final review results.)
After your abstract is accepted, you will be required to submit either a draft paper or an extended abstract. (If you wish to give an oral presentation, we recommend submitting a draft paper.)

Specification of Abstract

• Enter abstract text via this website(text only)
• maximum 500 words in English
• 3-5 keywords
• Select one technical track for the session classification.

Abstract Submission

1. Create new login account
   (If you already have your login account, please skip this step.)
   Open the Login page for new author and click [Create New Account] button. Please enter your personal information.
2. Login
   After you created your login account, click [Login] button in the login page.
   (If you skipped the previous step, open the login page from the left site menu and enter your e-mail address and password.)
3. Create new entry of contribution
   Open the "Contribution" tabbed page from the tabs at the top of page.
   Click [New Contribution] button and follow the instractions.

Templates of Extended Abstract/Technical Paper

[Extended Abstract]

• File format: PDF (maximum 16MB)
• A4 size, no page limitation (The length less than 10 pages will be recommended.)
• No Copyright transfer form is required.
• Included only in the collected papers that are distributed at the conference.
• Eligible only for a prize related to Poster session.
• Not eligible for the special issues.
• Template: MS-Word (39kB), PDF (55kB)

[Technical Paper]

• File format: PDF (maximum 16MB)
• A4 size, no page limitation (The length less than 10 pages will be recommended.)
• Copyright transfer form is mandatory required.
• Included both in the collected papers, and the proceedings that will be published after the conference.
• Template: MS-Word (36kB), PDF (57kB)
